LUCCA AND PISA

What really distinguishes Lucca from other cities is the huge ring of wall that completely surrounds the center, built in the early 1500’s in order to protect the population and turned into a lush public park a couple of centuries ago, becoming a lovely promenade and a safe bike lane at the same time. You will see those monuments the town is famous for, then free time for lunch on your own. After lunch transfer to Pisa (approx. driving time 30 mins) to explore the “Field of Miracles” at your leisure, taking photos at the incredible Leaning Tower and the other stunning monuments close by. Return to the port of Livorno in the late evening.
